Rules of engagement

We've been the MSP. We know the fear.

ThreeShield grew out of an MSP practice — and we endured vendors who used "partnership" as a client list. So our rules of engagement are written, public, and mirror the Lavawall® partner commitments. Your clients are yours. Full stop.

We never contact your clients directly

All communication runs through you unless you explicitly ask otherwise. No "checking in," no upsell emails, no exceptions.

Registered deals are protected

Register an opportunity and it's yours. We won't quote it, pursue it, or accept it if it walks in our door.

White-label by default

Reports, tickets, and calls carry your brand unless you decide otherwise. Anonymity is the default, not a paid tier.

Referral fees when leads land in your patch

If a direct lead sits in your territory or vertical, we route it to you or pay a referral fee — the opposite of poaching.

Our only direct practice is deliberately narrow

ThreeShield's direct managed-IT business serves Calgary medical clinics and accounting firms — nothing else. Any managed-IT inquiry outside that niche gets referred to a partner MSP. We wrote the boundary down so you never have to wonder.

Will you poach our clients?
Never — and we'll put it in writing. We grew out of an MSP practice and lived through vendors going around us to our clients. Our rules of engagement are a written commitment: we never contact your clients directly, registered deals are protected, and if a direct lead sits in your patch we pay a referral fee instead of taking it.
Can we white-label reports and deliverables?
Yes. Audit reports, compliance deliverables, and incident write-ups carry your brand by default. Your clients see your logo and your name on senior security work.
Do our clients see ThreeShield's name at all?
Only if you want them to. Some partners introduce us openly as their security bench; most keep everything under their own brand. Either way, the relationship stays yours.
